Obtaining Duty Relief for Canadian Company

We recently assisted a Canadian company obtain a ruling from UK Customs that the goods they wish to sell to the UK would be VAT & Duty free when imported by them into the UK. It was specialist medical equipment and meant they could see it to UK patients.
