So What Does It Cost?
Our aim is that you have a good experience dealing with The Customs People and that you will want to seek our advice again and recommend us to your friends. We pride ourselves on providing good, proactive advice on a value for money basis.
We do not therefore charge for an initial discussion and we are happy to talk to you on a no obligation basis.
Our costs are calculated depending on what work is required, complexity of that work and who undertakes it but if there is work to be done and you want our assistance we will give you an indication of costs prior to undertaking any work and we will agree these with you at the outset. There are no hidden costs and we always try to be transparent.
We will not invoice you for work you are not fully aware of and we will discuss with you in advance the scope of work to be done, what happens if additional work is required and what, if any, costs implication this has. Usually we work on the premise that if the work we quote for does not change but we exceed the costs quote that is our problem but if the costs are actually less than those quoted then we will charge you less.
